Christian Brothers Automotive Round Rock

First off I’ll say im shocked they have this many good reviews. This shop tried to charge $17k for a transmission when you can literally get the same part at THE DEALERSHIP (usually the most expensive place) for $7985.00 they proceeded to tell me “that is way below my cost” (lie) considering every single person on this planet can go get it for that price. So they wanted to make $9k profit on the exact same part number. Labor prices are average but the amount of hours on labor is way over inflated. I currently have the truck at a different shop and got the exact same parts and labor, this new quote is $16,000 less. Every single part and every bit of labor is inflated to unreasonable prices. Was charged a diagnostic fee for an issue they didnt even find but i told them the exact issue upon drop off. On the report they said it was all good, so im not too sure what they looked at. On top of that, when i picked up my vehicle to remove it from thier shop the truck battery was dead completely. They jumped it and said “ahhh you just need to drive it around for a bit.” Well got 5 mins down the road and the truck died at a stoplight leaving me stranded there for about 40 minutes. Unsure w

I was recommended to Christian Brothers by Discount Tire on Research. This is my first experience with Christian Brothers. Walking in the door felt like I was home. The environment is welcoming and relaxing. Staff was caring and friendly. I was offered water and a warm cookie while I wait. They did a courtesy inspection and mentioned they allow me to come look at car in the bay to see the problem. I definitely have found my new car repair shop, not that I want to have to get more repairs lol 😂.

I've used Christian Brother's in Round Rock for several years when I've needed repairs on my van. Every time they go above and beyond with customer service. Their facility is comfortable, everybody is incredibly friendly and helpful, and pricing has always been exceptionally reasonable for the work we've needed done. All work has been completed quickly and done well. I highly recommend them!

I absolutely love Christian Brothers in Round Rock! I took my car here twice for repairs and they always do a flawless job. From the moment you walk in, the staff is incredibly welcoming and kind. They are honest, trustworthy, and never try to upsell you on things you don't need. They thoroughly explain what is going on with your car and get you back on the road safely. Thank you, Jesus, for this wonderful team and the peace of mind they provide. I highly recommend them to everyone! Their mechanics are highly skilled! 10/10 all day!

I came in to Christian Brothers for my first time to get an emission test on a Thursday around 2pm. The 2 ladies at the front desk were friendly and helpful. I was able to be served immediately. Darrin took care of my vehicle and did a great job. My only regret is not saying yes to the cookie I was offered haha
